The page described here will only appear if your domain can be transferred online. Otherwise, you will receive an error saying "Online ownership change is not yet available for this TLD (extension). Please contact our Customer Care service.")You will then be taken to a confirmation page, where you must confirm your intent to change the owner of the domain:
Select your domain by checking the box, and then by clicking on the "Confirm" button. This will bring you to the next step, where you must enter the Gandi handle of the new owner and where you may change the contacts:

In the above example it says that it is free. Do not mistake this for meaning that they are always free, it is just en example. Owner changes are only free if the extension allows it, or if the handle was created by Gandi in 2006 following the change to V2 or in the event of the transfer. If you see that it is not free, and are charged this is normal. You can see the owner change prices at http://www.gandi.net/domain/price/infoAfter you click "Confirm", you will see the following page, where you can view and/or print your pro-forma invoice, and verify that you have not made any errors:
When you are ready to continue, click the "Submit" button, which will display the following confirmation message informing you that we have sent the ownership change confirmation e-mail to the current and the new owners.
