If your owner or administrator handle has only one domain, or if you just want to change the owner of one domain, and have selected it from your list of domains, you will be logged into your domain's control panel:
Towards the bottom of the page, in the Contacts section, you will see the "Owner" of the domain in question:
Please check that you are indeed logged in under the owner handle or the Administrative contact handle and that the email address is valid.
Note:
If you want the future owner to pay for the operation, simply put his/her handle as the administrative contact and have them launch the owner change from their handle. They will then pay and the invoice will be in their name.To begin the ownership process, click on "Change owner" that you see in this section. This will then take you to the confirmation page.
