If you need to change any of your personal information that is associated with your Gandi handle -and thus your domains- (e-mail or street address, telephone number, etc.), please keep in mind the following points:

• You must be logged into the handle that is to be changed (can't log in?).
• If you are unable to change information, notably the e-mail address (ex. it is greyed out), of a handle, you are using the wrong handle (click here for more info on this).
• It is impossible to change the name, or spelling of a name, of a Gandi handle. To do this, you must proceed with a contact change or an ownership change.
• If your handle is a company-type (ex. anything other than an "individual") you can change the first and last name of the contact person at any time unless that handle is the owner of a .be or .eu domain name, in which case you need to contact customer support.

Begin by logging into the handle in question. You can do so on top of our website or by going directly to https://www.gandi.net/login

Once you have done so, click on "My Account" that you see on the upper right hand corner of the page, or go directly to https://www.gandi.net/admin/domain

Then, click on "Account" that you will see in the banner:

You will then be taken to a list of management options regarding the handle that you have logged in under.

Proceed by clicking on the link that says, "Update your personal information".

You will then be taken to the form that contains your personal information. You can update everything except the name associated with the handle, its type (an individual, an association, etc. if you own at least one domain), and the handle name itself.
