If you already have a prepaid account, by you need to credit it, start by going to the billing section:
This will bring up a page that lists various billing options. The one that interests you is the prepaid account, so click on the link that says "Prepaid Account".
You will see a page with two sections.
The top section will tell you what your current balance is, and contains a button on the right that you can use to credit your account ("Credit my account"). Click on this button. You will then see a form where you can specify the amount that you want to add to your prepaid account and your means of payment:
