Gandi does not store customers' credit card information.
Additionally, the only way that a company in France can debit your credit card automatically (i.e. for monthly or yearly automatic renewals, etc.) is if the company has the status of a bank.
Because Gandi is not a bank, we are therefore not allowed under current French law to store our customers' credit card information or directly debit their bank accounts.
The advantage of this, however, is knowing that there is no way that Gandi can charge your bank account without your knowledge, and that you never have to worry about mystery debits from us.

Note:
If you want to use Gandi's automatic renewal service, you need to remember that we debit your prepaid account, not your bank account. It is therefore important to ensure you maintain enough credit in your prepaid account to cover your automatic renewals.
