I see I can't use my meta and key words defined in my website for google, advertising to gandi is shown instead, great.

How dare do the others websites to have their own domain name AND their key and meta characters shown by google ? Do I have to be hosted by gandi for that also ??

The hidden forward mask your website content for searche engines: this is a technical restriction. You can use a direct forward :)
