During Changing my administrative account I faced Following Error : 

Modify a domain

Domain update failed for IRSCE.ORG : unable_to_create_contact_at_registry_for_admc

That meant that we couldn't create the admin contact at the registry. Our processes have changed significantly since then, and this should no longer be a problem.
